BirdsongAfternoon

Birdsong is one of my most favorite places to visit in south Georgia.  It never disappoints.  It's a well-cared-for bird sanctuary, staffed with educated people who love their work.  I usually plan a day trip, and linger till they kick me out.  This was one of those days.  I was very much enjoying the light and bird show around this pond - painting it and photographing it - and just taking in the sounds of nature.  A little breeze gave the water some nice movement as the sun just kept glistening.
